Schools
One Aulency account for the whole school
Administration follows every teacher’s schedule on the same calendar, and each teacher works only with their own students. The school pays a single subscription, priced by active-student tier, with unlimited teachers.
What changes when the account belongs to the school
Email invitations for your team
Each teacher gets an invitation at their own email. When they accept, they create a password and sign in with the role you set. Pending invitations are listed on the team screen.
Roles and permissions per person
Administration, teacher and front desk start with default permissions, and you adjust them for each person: who sees the school finances, who can edit teacher close-outs, who adds students.
Assign students to teachers
Pick a teacher and select all of their students at once. A map shows who teaches whom, with search by teacher or student name.
Each teacher sees only their own students
A teacher signs in to Aulency and sees only the students assigned to them. When they book a lesson, the student list shows only theirs.
The whole school schedule
Administration sees every teacher’s lessons on the same calendar, in the school time zone, with one color per teacher. You can also filter by teacher.
One subscription for the whole team
The subscription belongs to the school and covers every teacher. Teachers do not pick a plan or enter a card.
Payments go to the school account
Student invoices use the school receiving account. Each invoice records the account that applied on the day it was created, so changing accounts does not affect invoices already issued.
Close-out per teacher
At the end of the period, Aulency calculates what each teacher is owed under their compensation model and produces the calculation as a PDF. The school pays the teacher outside Aulency.
Unlimited teachers
The price depends only on the active-student tier. Teachers, administration and front desk do not count toward the tier, and the school can add as many teachers as it needs.
How pricing works
The price of Schools depends on the active-student tier. Teachers and administrators do not count toward the tier, so the school can add as many as it needs. If the school goes over its tier, no enrollment is blocked and there is no retroactive charge.

School questions
What is the difference between Professional and Schools?
Professional is one teacher’s account. Schools has the same features and adds team management: you invite teachers, set roles and permissions per person, assign students, follow everyone’s schedule on the same calendar, receive payments in the school account and pay a single subscription.
Who can access the school account?
People you invite with one of three roles: administration, teacher or front desk. Each role starts with default permissions, which you can adjust for each person.
How much does Schools cost?
The price depends on the active-student tier and is not published on the site. Leave your contact details and we will send you the price for your school’s tier.
What happens if the school goes over its tier?
The school keeps using the system as usual. No student is blocked and there is no retroactive charge. A tier change, up or down, is arranged with Aulency and applies from the next cycle.
Does every teacher in the school need their own subscription?
No. Once a teacher accepts the school’s invitation, they use the school subscription, with no plan to pick and no card to enter.
Does Schools have a yearly plan?
No. Schools is monthly.
Does Aulency pay the teachers?
No. Aulency calculates what each teacher is owed for the period under their compensation model. The school still pays them, the same way it does today.
