01 The student picks a time
In the portal, they see the available times within the working hours you set. Blocked time and lessons already booked do not appear.

02 You get the request
Aulency emails you, and the lesson shows up as pending on your schedule, with the chosen service and the student’s note.

03 You confirm
Confirm it with one click. If the time does not work, cancel the request and the student gets an email.
The student can also cancel a lesson in the portal. You set the minimum notice for a free cancellation and the percentage charged when they cancel with less notice. The fee is added to the next invoice.

On billing day, Aulency creates the invoice and emails it to the student or the parent. From the email link, they open the invoice and pay by PIX, with the QR code or the copy-and-paste code.

Stop chasing students on WhatsApp
Each student can have a monthly fee, one-off lessons or both. In the settings, you choose whether to charge before or after the lesson. If you charge before, the invoice is created as soon as the lesson is booked. If you charge after, the period’s lessons are combined into a single invoice on billing day.
- Aulency emails every invoice and, if the student opts in, also sends it on WhatsApp. Before the due date and when a payment is late, the student gets an email reminder.
- The student can also pay by card or boleto through Stripe, on the invoice itself. The payment is confirmed automatically and the money goes straight to your account. Professional

On Basic there is no fee, because PIX goes straight to your account.
Card and boleto fees are charged by Stripe (Professional plan only, deducted from your revenue). No extra Aulency fee.

What is Aulency?
Aulency is a management system for private teachers and schools. It brings together student records, lesson scheduling, reports and invoices, with a student or guardian portal for following lessons and payments. It works in a phone or computer browser, without installing an app.
On the billing closing day, Aulency generates invoices and emails the links. On every plan, students can pay by PIX directly to the teacher’s or school’s account, and the teacher or school confirms the payment manually. On Professional, card and boleto payments through Stripe are confirmed automatically after the student pays.
To start as a private teacher, request access and wait for the team to contact you on WhatsApp. After that contact, the trial lasts 30 days, with no card required. The Schools plan puts several teachers on one subscription, with pricing available on request by active-student tier.

Do I need a card to start?
No. First, complete the form to request access. Our team will contact you on WhatsApp within 1 business day. After we contact you, you can try every Professional feature for 30 days, with no card required. At the end, you choose whether to continue and on which plan.
How do I get paid by my students?
On every plan, you get paid by PIX. The invoice shows the QR code and the copy-and-paste code for your PIX key. The student pays, reports the payment in the portal and you confirm it with one click. On Professional, you can also connect a Stripe account so the student can pay by card or boleto on the invoice itself, with automatic confirmation. In every case, the money goes straight to your account, never through Aulency.
Can I import my students from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file with each student’s email, and Aulency adds them all at once and sends each one an invitation to the portal.
Do my students get lesson reminders?
Yes. One day before each confirmed lesson, Aulency sends an email reminder with the online lesson link, if there is one. Invoice notices can also go out on WhatsApp, if the student opts in.
Can the student book a lesson in the portal?
They can request a lesson, and it stays pending until you confirm it. If you prefer, you can turn off portal requests and cancellations in the settings.
Does it work for group lessons?
Yes, on the Professional plan. You book one lesson with several students, and each of them is billed on their own invoice and gets individual feedback in the report.
What happens if I go over the student limit?
You can keep adding students. Each student over the plan limit costs R$ 5 per month, billed on your subscription.
Is there a lock-in or cancellation fee?
No. You can cancel the monthly plan whenever you want.
Does Aulency work for schools?
Yes, with the Schools plan. The account belongs to the school, not to each teacher. Teachers join by invitation, students pay into the school receiving account and Aulency calculates each teacher’s close-out as a PDF. See the details on the Schools plan page.
